The mission is to help clients maximize their technology investments, minimize unnecessary expenses, and effectively manage their business operations, enabling them to focus on core business activities.

Hello - My name is Matthew Donald Preston and I founded MDP Tech, LLC in 2011 in Milwaukee, WI with a vision to provide IT related sales and services as a local small business. In 2021, I moved to southeastern TN and reinvented the company to be a competitive consulting organization, striving for transparency and honesty in all endeavors.
Having been in technology positions since 1996, I have nearly three decades of professional IT experience, and have dedicated my career to finding creative solutions to otherwise seemingly impossible tasks. Over the years I obtained several certifications, management licenses, and multiple college degrees in IT and Business Management practices. The culmination of education and professional experience led me to create this company, with a desire to help as many organizations as possible realize their full technology infrastructure potential.
