As a shared risk approach, your organization can only gain from the expertise our company has in finding cost savings from multiple areas within your technology infrastructure. MDP Tech, LLC only receives compensation based on the realized savings from the recommendations.

Cost savings areas include:

• Vendor Management: Involves helping your organization negotiate better pricing and terms with vendors, and ensuring your organization is getting the best value for its money.

• Contract Analysis: Involes reviewing existing contracts with IT vendors to identify areas where costs can be reduced or where terms can be renegotiated.

• IT Asset Management: Involves helping your organization optimize its IT assets, ensuring that hardware and software are being used efficiently and that unnecessary expenses are avoided.

• Cloud Services Optimization: Involves helping your organization optimize use of cloud services, ensuring that you’re only paying for the resources you actually need.

• Telecom Expense Management: Involves helping your organization reduce telecom expenses by identifying unused services, negotiating better rates, and optimizing usage.

• License Management: Involves helping your organization manage software licenses to ensure that you’re only paying for the licenses needed and that you are in compliance with licensing agreements.

Standard percentage rate: 50% of realized savings.

Upfront retainer (non-refundable): $2,500 applied to the final percentage of realized savings.
